As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our paid acquisition channels, drive customer growth, optimize marketing efficiency, and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Management

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Scale customer acquisition while maintaining target CAC and ROAS benchmarks.

2. Testing & Optimization

- Design and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, landing pages, offers, and audience targeting.
- Continuously improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.

3. Budget Allocation & Forecasting

- Allocate advertising budgets based on performance trends, attribution data, and business objectives.
- Maximize blended returns across paid media channels.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor key metrics, including CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Use Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to generate actionable insights and report growth performance to leadership.

5. Tracking & Attribution

- Ensure accurate implementation of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve tracking accuracy and data reliability.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with creative, content, CRM, and retention teams.




- Develop high-performing ad creatives, compelling messaging, and cohesive customer acquisition funnels.

Requirements &

• Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing, managing and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience with D2C brands in Dairy, Food & • Beverage, FMCG, or related consumer categories is preferred.

- Funnel & • Data Expertise:

Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, attribution models, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Tools: Hands-on expertise in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Copywriting: Ability to create high-converting ad copy, campaign messaging, and brand communication.
- AI & • Technology:

Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing technologies is a plus.
- Mindset: Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an ownership-driven approach.
