We are looking for a Senior .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in modern .NET technologies to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have excellent expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework Core and SQL Server, along with experience in application architecture, third-party API integrations, code reviews and mentoring development teams.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, requiring active involvement in architecture, development and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead application architecture and backend development using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Design scalable, secure and maintainable REST APIs and backend services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to .NET developers.
- Participate actively in coding, troubleshooting and complex implementations.
- Conduct code reviews and establish coding and development standards.
- Design database structures and optimise SQL queries and application performance.
- Lead integrations with internal and third-party APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access and application security.
- Define standards for exception handling, logging, caching, background processing and transaction management.
- Work closely with Angular developers, QA, DevOps and business teams.
- Support technical estimation,



sprint planning and production readiness.
- Identify and resolve technical risks and performance issues.
