Key Responsibilities

- Expand and diversify the global vendor and freelancer network ahead of demand, and identify new categories, geographies and skill sets
- Qualify and onboard new vendors quickly without lowering quality or compliance standards
- Own the contract lifecycle for vendor and freelancer agreements, including customizing approved templates for each consultant, negotiation, renewal and tracking
- Oversee invoicing, payment cycles and cost reconciliation




- Track vendor performance against SLAs and OKRs
- Lead, mentor and develop a team, and stay accountable for its compliance, invoicing accuracy and contract execution
- Build direct, credible relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive automation in onboarding, invoicing and reporting so the work scales with volume

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Six Sigma
