Role Description The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for owning and leading end-to-end hiring for FDE School, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, interviewing processes, and selection decisions for technical and non-technical positions.

The Senior

Manager will design and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the institution’s growth plans, partnering closely with leadership, program directors, and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment pipelines, overseeing assessment and interview frameworks, driving employer branding initiatives,



and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, optimizing processes, building talent communities, and representing FDE School at events and in external forums to attract high-caliber professionals.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
- Strong experience in interviewing and hiring, with the ability to design structured interview processes and guide stakeholders in selection decisions.
- Proficiency in employer branding, including creating campaigns, managing digital presence, and partnering with marketing or communications teams to position FDE School as an employer of choice.
- Experience recruiting for technology, AI, engineering, or education-focused roles, ideally within fast-growing organizations or start-up environments.
- Ability to build and manage high-performing recruiting teams, coach recruiters, and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Proven skills in using ATS and HRIS tools, data-driven decision making, and tracking recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management capability, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
