As the Senior Manager - Legal, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. This includes managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, providing strategic legal advice, and fostering solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's objectives while safeguarding its interests.

- Provide expert legal advice on a variety of corporate matters, including contracts, intellectual property, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Lead and manage the legal department, ensuring effective workflow and high-quality output.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to mitigate risks and enhance business objectives.
