1.To understand product Lithium battery completely to analyse problems reported from Service and its repairs and analysis monthly .

- Should be visiting Plant for auditing process of Lithium ion battery to report gaps if any .

3 To prepare data for failures according to complaints in CRM and to understand all products ECN & PCN

4 To prepare Data for Lithium battery weekly and monthly.

5 To identify needs of training for all engineers and to provide training to them through Plant or by service team.

6 To declare issues of any product if any weekly along with RCA after discussion with RD.

7 To visit RD biweekly for new updations in products.

8 To assist Sales and Export team if required for development of dealers and distributors regarding product.
