Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role in Ahmedabad for a Senior Maintenance Manager.

The Senior Maintenance

Manager will oversee maintenance operations, ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are effectively implemented, and manage equipment repairs to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include supervising a team,



developing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and improving equipment efficiency through effective management practices. The role also involves analyzing maintenance performance metrics to recommend and implement improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in leading maintenance teams.
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and knowledge of machinery operations and upkeep.
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management for planning and executing proactive maintenance strategies.
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to ensure safety compliance and promote a culture of safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role is advantageous.
