:We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager/Senior Manager with solid expertise in real estate, M&A;, debt investments, and corporate law. Prior experience with a reputed law firm is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage investment, divestment, and debt transactions across India.
- Conduct legal due diligence and land title verification.
- Provide legal advisory support to business teams.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, securities, foreign exchange, and relevant real estate laws.

Requirement

- Law graduate; CS/CA qualification is an advantage.
- 8 to12 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a reputed law firm.
- Strong expertise in M&A;, private equity, debt investments, and real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
