Draft writ petitions (WP), appeals, and applications for early hearing before the High Court; brief senior counsel and manage High Court filing procedures.

- Court Advocacy &

- Bench Appearance:

Assist Senior Counsel in the High Court; directly argue cases before the Bench whenever required; conduct in-depth analysis of client wrongdoing, legal injustice, case law, relevant statutes, and past judicial precedents.

- Specialized Property &

- Land Laws:

Handle matters involving the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act (RFCTLARR / LAAR 2013), Town Planning Act, town master plans, planned urban development, landowners' rights, and constitutional compensation rights.

- Legal Advisory &

- Statutory Compliance:

Advise on Rent Control Acts, Public Premises (PP) Act, tenancy regulations, general property laws, protection against unlawful trespass and encroachers, Charitable Trusts Act, and Company Law.

- Legal Coordination &

- Liaison:





Liaise and coordinate seamlessly with advocates on record, legal consultants, external counsel, and institutional representatives on complex land and commercial disputes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Advocate Roles (02 Years Experience): Law graduates (LLB) conversant with High Court registry procedures, filing writ petitions, appeals, listing applications, and assisting senior advocates.

- Junior Counsel (2–3+ Years Experience): LLB, LLM, or Ph.D. candidates (available on full-time, part time, or contract basis) capable of independent legal research, bench appearances, and mastering specialized land and urban development statutes.

- Senior Legal Advisors: Seasoned advocates with extensive background in property law, rent control, tenancy disputes, trespass protection, and land acquisition.
