About Us

Earth Sky Buildcon is a construction and design company based in Faridabad, delivering farmhouses, bungalows, independent floors and other projects for clients across India. We work with documented processes, written client approvals and independent quality checks, so our designers spend their time designing, not firefighting.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer who will lead our interior design function. You will take projects from the first client meeting to final handover: understand the client, design the space, present it, close the project and guide your team and site execution to get it built exactly as approved. This role carries real ownership, and you will lead with freedom to make decisions, backed by a structured company.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution

- Lead interior design for residential projects, from concept, space planning and mood boards to detailed working drawings, material schedules and 3D views.
- Design complete interiors, including living areas, bedrooms, modular kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, false ceilings, lighting, furniture and decor.
- Select materials, finishes, fixtures and vendors that suit each client’s budget and quality standards.
- Prepare accurate BOQs, and make sure designs are practical, buildable and within budget.
- Visit sites during execution and make sure the work matches the approved design; resolve design issues on site quickly.
- Apply Vastu-aligned planning wherever clients require it.

Client Leadership & Project Closures

- Lead the client relationship on behalf of the company, from the first meeting to handover.
- Understand client needs and budgets, present concepts with confidence and guide clients in decisions and trade-offs.
- Convert company enquiries into signed projects; closing the projects you design is a core part of this role.
- Handle negotiations by explaining the value of the work and the choices, not by giving discounts blindly.

- Manage every change through a formal change-request process with written client approval; no verbal commitments.
- All clients, leads, designs and projects belong to Earth Sky Buildcon, and you represent the company in every client dealing.

Team Leadership

- Lead, train and review the work of junior designers, 3D visualisers and draftsmen.
- Plan work, set deadlines and keep several projects moving at the same time.
- Coordinate with the Architect, Senior Civil Engineer, estimation, procurement and site teams.
- Take accountability for design quality, timelines and client satisfaction on every project you lead.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 6-10 years of experience in residential interior design, with at least 2 years in a senior or team-lead role.
- Proven client-facing ability; you have presented, negotiated and closed projects, and you can share examples.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape or Lumion), and basic Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, modular furniture and market rates.
- Good understanding of site execution, civil, electrical, plumbing and false-ceiling coordination.
- Ability to prepare BOQs and manage design within a budget.
- Leadership mindset and comfort taking full accountability for outcomes.
- Good communication in Hindi and English.
- A strong portfolio of completed residential projects is mandatory.

Good to Have

- Experience in farmhouse, bungalow or luxury residential interiors.
- Knowledge of Vastu-aligned design.
- Experience working with execution teams or vendors across multiple cities.

Working Days & Hours Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with site visits as required.

Benefits

- Real ownership: lead your own projects and team
- Ready SOPs, operations manual, engineering team, procurement and quality control behind you
- Work on real farmhouse and bungalow projects across India
- Transparent growth path to Design Head

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
