About the CompanyLuman Industries Limited is a growing organization in the automotive manufacturing sector. We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Human Resources to lead HR operations, strengthen organizational processes, drive employee development, and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Leadership

- Lead and manage a team of 5–7 HR professionals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with senior management on manpower planning, workforce optimization, and organizational development.
- Drive HR cost optimization initiatives, including effective utilization of government schemes such as NAPS, NATS, and other applicable incentives.

2. HRMS & Performance Management

- Lead the implementation and effective utilization of HRMS platforms.
- Manage and strengthen Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Conduct periodic reviews of Key Result Indicators (KRIs) across departments.
- Drive digitalization, automation, and process efficiency across HR functions.

3. Talent Management & Employee Development

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify training needs and implement structured induction and development programs.
- Drive employee performance, capability enhancement, and organizational effectiveness.

4. Statutory Compliance & Employee Relations





- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations and maintain a positive workplace workplace.
- Establish and strengthen HR policies, systems, and standard operating procedures.

5. Employee Engagement & Employer Branding

- Build a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Develop employer branding initiatives, including programs such as Great Place to Work certification.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management.
- Proven experience leading HR teams and implementing organization-wide HR initiatives.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms, PMS, and digital HR tools.
- Experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
