- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
- Handle bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate resource deployment.
- Manage client onboarding and employee onboarding processes.
- Support client communication, project staffing and workforce planning.
- Develop HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures.
- Track hiring turnaround time, resource utilization and onboarding status.
- Support vendor coordination and subcontractor resource management where required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
