Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, payroll inputs, employee relations, and HR administration at our Vizag location. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave, salary inputs, and employee-related changes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Monitor statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, qualified tax, labour laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, confirmation reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programmes, and internal communication.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, headcount reports, attrition analysis,



and other management reports.
- Support exit interviews, full and final settlement coordination, and relieving documentation.
- Coordinate with management and department heads to address workforce and HR-related requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and generalist activities.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS or payroll software.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA HR or an equivalent HR qualification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Executive roles.
- Experience handling HR operations independently at a branch or office location.
- Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, consulting, or project-based organizations is preferred.
