About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic sr. designer to drive the visual identity of our clients across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the design function, oversee a team of designers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent creative assets that align with business objectives and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

● Mentor/Lead the design team and manage day-to-day creative output.

● Conceptualize and execute visually compelling content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,

X, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

● Develop creative strategies and visual storytelling concepts for brands across diverse industries.

● Ensure consistency in brand identity, design quality, and messaging across all creatives.

● Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Content Writers, and Strategists to deliver integrated campaigns.

● Review, mentor, and provide feedback to designers to maintain high creative standards.

● Stay updated with social media trends, design innovations, and platform best practices.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

● Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients when required.

● Contribute to campaign ideation, pitch decks, and new business proposals.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication,



Fine Arts, or a related field.

● 4–6 years of experience in social media design, digital marketing, or creative agencies.

● Solid portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, branding, and digital content.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.

● Experience leading and mentoring a design team.

● Strong understanding of social media trends, platform-specific creative formats, and audience engagement.

● Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

● Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

● Prior experience working in a PR, social media, branding, or integrated marketing agency.

● Experience handling multiple brands and managing client-facing projects.

● Understanding of performance marketing creatives and content optimization.
