Senior Head – Freight & Logistics

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 10–15 years of Experience In Logistics and Freight Forwarding.

Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month

Requirements

- 10–15 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics management.
- Proven expertise in business development, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Robust knowledge of import/export procedures, freight pricing, and logistics operations.
- Established network with shipping lines, NVOCCs, freight agents, and logistics service providers.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, financial management, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and expansion of freight forwarding and logistics operations across India.
- Identify new business opportunities, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth.




- Build and maintain strategic relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, freight agents, and logistics partners.
- Oversee import/export operations, freight pricing, commercial negotiations, and service delivery.
- Recruit, lead, and manage commercial and operational teams to achieve business targets.
- Monitor financial performance, control operating costs, manage working capital, and ensure profitability.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
