About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can transform complex business concepts into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, motion graphics, and premium brand communication while thriving in a fast-paced product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality visual assets for digital, branding, marketing, and business communication needs.
- Develop engaging static and motion graphic content across multiple channels.
- Convert business narratives and ideas into simple, impactful visual concepts.
- Ensure consistency in design language, brand identity, and visual standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and continuously improve creative output.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital creative development.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.




- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Leonardo, Genspark, Nanobanana, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, storytelling, and motion design.
- Excellent creative conceptualization and visual communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong aesthetic judgment and premium design sensibilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with After Effects, CorelDRAW, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Prior experience in a product-based company environment is highly preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects, branding, digital campaigns, and motion design work.
