We are currently looking for and Senior Genral Manager for the entire location who can handle Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Northeast.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned states.
- Manage and expand the existing network of channel partners while actively seeking recent partnership opportunities.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that support channel sales initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
- Conduct regular visits to channel partners to ensure alignment with sales goals and address any challenge in your states.
