JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, tax audits, and preparation of financial statements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and financial statements.
- Manage GST return preparation, filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments, returns, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and file Company Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Coordinate tax audits and statutory audit requirements.
- Ensure timely compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
- Reconcile GST records with books of accounts, purchase records,



and GST returns.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
- Prepare financial and taxation reports for management.
- Stay updated on changes in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and applicable statutory regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

- 7–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Taxation.
- Strong knowledge of GST Returns, TDS, Income Tax, Tax Audits, and financial statements.
- Experience preparing Balance Sheets and P&L; statements.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling Company ITR and tax-related documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

QUALIFICATION

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

- Candidates with practical experience in corporate accounting and taxation will be preferred.
