Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage financial records using Tally Prime, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
- Conduct GST filings on a monthly basis and prepare returns accordingly.
- Ensure timely payment of taxes (TDS) by managing payroll processing and making necessary deductions.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including bank reconciliations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting role.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), Goods & Services Tax (GST), Income Tax Laws, TDS regulations.
