Role Description The Senior Executive Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including order processing, inventory coordination, and workflow management to support timely and accurate medicine delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily workflows, monitor performance, and drive process efficiency.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key operational metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and address operational issues promptly.
- Relevant experience in operations within healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, or related sectors is beneficial.
