Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery, mechanical equipment, and utility systems to achieve zero breakdowns and ensure maximum equipment availability.

- Manage machine shifting, dismantling, reinstallation, alignment and commissioning of new machines, ensuring secure and timely execution.

- Execute machine reconditioning, overhauling and refurbishment activities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and service life.

- Troubleshoot recurring mechanical failures and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

- Implement safety improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and safety standards and drive initiatives to achieve zero accidents.

- Drive cost reduction initiatives through spare parts optimization, repair and reuse, energy efficiency and maintenance cost control.
