Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive role based in Baroda.

The Senior

Executive will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including coordination of freight management, transportation and distribution activities, and warehousing workflows to ensure timely and productive service delivery. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, managing documentation and compliance, and liaising with internal teams, customers, and carrier partners to resolve operational issues and maintain high service standards.

The Senior

Executive will support process improvements, implement best practices, and contribute to the optimization of supply chain projects across multiple industry verticals. The position also includes responsibility for accurate reporting, adherence to safety and quality guidelines, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in logistics operations, including freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing management.
- Strong skills in planning, coordination,



and problem-solving to manage daily supply chain activities and resolve operational challenges.
- Proficiency in using logistics and warehouse management systems, MS Excel, and other relevant digital tools for reporting and analysis.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of logistics compliance, documentation, and industry standards, including multimodal transport processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sector, preferably handling diverse industry verticals.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.
