Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, focused on end-to-end HR functions for a growing technology organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations, supporting HR policies, overseeing recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes.

The role involves handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, coordinating performance management processes,



and working closely with leadership to support talent development and engagement initiatives.

The Senior

Executive will also contribute to HR data reporting, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR practices aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in HR Recruitment , Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, HR documentation, and HR process coordination.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including handling queries, conflict resolution, and supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, statutory compliance, and best practices in HR for IT/technology organizations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience with HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work with integrity in a fast-paced environment.
