We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive – Legal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing legal strategies related to recovery of dues and enforcement of contractual obligations. This role requires robust knowledge of legal processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Recovery Management:
- Handle end-to-end recovery processes for outstanding dues, including initiating legal notices, filing cases, and monitoring progress.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and agencies to ensure timely and effective recovery actions.

- Legal Documentation & Compliance:

- Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as notices, agreements,



and contracts related to recovery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Litigation Support:

- Coordinate with advocates for filing suits, attending hearings, and preparing case briefs.
- Maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings and recovery actions.

- Stakeholder Coordination:

- Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to gather necessary documentation and support recovery efforts.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on recovery-related matters.
