Job Title: Senior Executive- Engineering (Utility)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Systems Operation & Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including DG sets, 33 kV/22 kV transformers, HT switchyards, LT yards, APFC panels, ACBs, metering systems, LT rooms, power changeover systems, and UPS systems.
2. Utilities Operation & Maintenance: Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of utility equipment, including chillers, IBR boilers, air compressors, air dryers, water pre-treatment systems, ETP systems, fire hydrant and fire alarm systems, solar systems, and refrigeration systems.
3. Preventive Maintenance: Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance activities for engineering and utility equipment in accordance with approved maintenance schedules and procedures.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, safety regulations, and regulatory standards. Support regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations, wherever applicable.
5. Documentation & QMS: Prepare and revise SOPs and QMS documents. Maintain equipment logbooks, preventive maintenance planners,



maintenance records, and other engineering and utility documentation in accordance with GMP/GDP requirements.
6. Gas Banking System Management: Operate and maintain gas banking systems for oxygen (O₂), carbon dioxide (CO₂), nitrogen (N₂), and argon. Ensure adherence to applicable gas-handling procedures and safety regulations.
7. Critical Spares Management: Identify critical spares for engineering and utility equipment, coordinate procurement, and maintain adequate inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations.
8. Statutory Shutdown Activities: Plan and execute annual power and boiler shutdowns, coordinating inspections and statutory certification or approval activities as required.
9. Electrical & Utility Drawings: Prepare and update electrical drawings and utility P&IDs; using AutoCAD, ensuring proper documentation and revision control.
10. Shift Flexibility: Be willing to work in all three shifts on a rotational basis, as and when required.
