We’re hiring: Sr. Client Servicing Executive at Globbuzz Media Pvt. Ltd.

We’re looking for someone who can manage client relationships, understand briefs, coordinate smoothly with internal teams, and ensure projects move from requirement to execution without unnecessary delays.

Role: Sr. Client Servicing Executive

? Location: Pune, India

? Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal briefs

• Coordinate with Social Media, Design, Content, Video, Web and Performance Marketing teams

• Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals and follow-ups

• Conduct regular client calls and share project updates

• Ensure client feedback is communicated and implemented accurately

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where relevant

• Maintain strong long-term client relationships

• Handle multiple accounts and priorities efficiently

• Ensure quality,



consistency and timely delivery across projects

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management, preferably in an advertising or digital agency

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities

• Good understanding of social media, digital marketing and creative processes

• Ability to handle demanding timelines and multiple clients

• Problem-solving mindset with robust ownership of accounts

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and day-to-day reporting tools
