Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee construction, infrastructure development, renovation, and maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, timely project completion, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction and renovation projects.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure projects are completed within the stipulated timeline.
- Review architectural drawings, structural designs, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

2. Site Supervision & Quality Control

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
- Monitor construction materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Identify structural and maintenance issues and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements.

3. Infrastructure & Maintenance

- Oversee building maintenance, plumbing, drainage, painting, waterproofing, and other civil-related activities.
- Conduct periodic infrastructure inspections and prepare maintenance reports.
- Identify repair requirements and ensure timely completion.




- Support new infrastructure development and facility expansion projects.

4. Vendor & Budget Management

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and material requirements.
- Verify contractor bills and monitor project expenditure.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources without compromising quality.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project documentation, site inspection reports, and work progress records.
- Prepare periodic updates on project status, budgets, and timelines.
- Escalate project delays, quality concerns, and operational challenges to management.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and building maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel across multiple project locations/campuses.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or facility maintenance.
- Experience in handling institutional, commercial, or school infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently manage multiple sites and coordinate with contract

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
