Role & responsibilities

Strong Knowledge in SAP (Hands on Experience)

Source and procure wiring harness materials including:

- Wires and cables
- Connectors and terminals
- Relay sockets
- Fuse holders
- Heat shrink tubes
- PVC sleeves and conduits
- Tapes and cable ties
- Labels and identification markers
- Electronic and electromechanical components

Knowledge of wiring harness BOM structures. Understanding of connectors, terminals, wires, cable assemblies, and electrical components.

Supplier development and sourcing expertise.

Manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and commercial negotiations.

Evaluate suppliers based on quality, delivery performance, cost competitiveness, and technical capability.

Support NPI (Current Product Introduction) activities by sourcing new components and suppliers.

Monitor supplier KPIs including

- On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Quality PPM
- Response Time
- Cost Reduction Initiatives

Preferred candidate profile 5-10 years of procurement experience in:

- Wiring Harness Manufacturing
- Electrical Assemblies
- Electronics Manufacturing
