Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 9 12 Years

Education: B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with robust experience in electrical system engineering, product design and development, component qualification, and validation for HVAC, Transport Refrigeration, or automotive electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical systems and power electronics modules.
- Qualify electrical components such as temperature sensors, actuators, solenoids, motors, drives, batteries, and contactors.
- Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare DFMEA, validation plans, technical specifications, and application documents.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions for product quality and reliability issues.
- Support New Product Development (NPD), project gate reviews, and IDR processes.




- Develop system architecture and electrical hook-up diagrams.
- Coordinate HALT, EMC, and regulatory compliance testing.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards for mobile AC/DC systems.
