DICS Innovatives is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Education Admission Counsellor to join our team at Pitampura, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in education counselling, student admissions, lead management, and converting prospective students into enrolled students.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling students about various computer training and professional courses, understanding their career goals, explaining course details, following up with prospective students, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding computer courses, professional training programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle admission enquiries received through phone calls, walk-ins, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, duration, and career opportunities to students.
- Manage student leads, maintain admission records, and update enquiry databases.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.




- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve admission conversions.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent student support.
- Guide junior counsellors and support the admission team when required.

Requirements and Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in education admission counselling or educational sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong student counselling, negotiation, and sales conversion abilities.
- Experience in handling admission enquiries and follow-up calls.
- Ability to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and a student-focused approach.
