Role summary:

We are seeking a Software Architect with a robust product mindset, deep expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD), and extensive experience in cloud-native microservices architecture to join our Consumer Directed Healthcare platform engineering team. This role goes beyond designing systemsit requires an architect who understands the business value behind every capability, collaborates closely with product and stakeholders, and drives end-to-end architecture and delivery outcomes.

You will shape system design, influence product direction, and ensure scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 8-14 years of professional experience to join our infrastructure and deployment team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions that support our organization's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Cloud Management:

- Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity CI/CD Pipeline Development
- Build, enhance, and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Work with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms
- Automate testing, building, and deployment processes




- Implement best practices for code quality and security Monitoring & Observability
- Set up comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Implement solutions using tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
- Create dashboards and reports for operational visibility Security & Compliance
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure
- Manage secrets, credentials, and access controls
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments

Public Collaboration & Documentation

- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams
- Mentor junior team members
- Document infrastructure architecture and processes
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support

Required Qualifications Experience & Technical Skills:

- 8-14 years of DevOps, infrastructure, or systems engineering experience
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong experience Azure cloud platform
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration
- Understanding of networking, DNS, and load balancing concepts
