Roles and Responsibilities

- Design 3D models and 2D drawings of jigs, fixtures, and tooling required for various projects and modules.

- Design and develop mandrels, Molds, and tooling for current product development as per project requirements

- Modify and update existing drawings based on production needs and obtain necessary approvals from internal stakeholders

- Design additional accessories, components, and tooling required for successful product development and manufacturing.

- Collaborate with internal departments to gather design inputs and ensure manufacturability

- Incorporate departmental feedback, manufacturing considerations, and technical requirements before finalizing designs.

- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and ensure timely approvals from concerned departments before release





- Coordinate cross-functionally to support product development, process improvements, and continuous innovation

Desired Candidate Profile

- Ability to read engineering drawings, create new ones from scratch, and modify existing ones as needed.

- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, AutoCAD, or equivalent

- Strong knowledge of jig & fixture design, Mold design, and tooling development

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings

- Experience in product development and design modification activities
