Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Integration Architect to design and lead customer data architecture, integration pipelines, identity management, consent frameworks, and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct data discovery and source mapping across Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, APIs, and legacy systems.
- Design identity models, event schemas, data taxonomies, and multi-brand/tenant data security.
- Architect consent, subscription, suppression, and migration frameworks.
- Design batch, streaming, and reverse ETL integrations with robust error handling, deduplication, and reconciliation.
- Lead data migration, backfill, end-to-end testing, QA, and implementation sign-off.
- Prepare technical blueprints, integration specifications, build sequences, and decision/blocker logs.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and engineering teams; contribute to solution design and technical estimations.





Required Skills

- Experience: 7+ years in Data Engineering / Integration Architecture, including 2+ years in customer or marketing data systems.
- Cloud Data Platforms: Robust hands-on experience in Databricks and Snowflake.
- Streaming: Production experience with Kafka, CDC, and event-driven integrations.
- APIs: Strong expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, retries, and secure integrations.
- Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with at least one platform—Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Customer.io, Iterable, or Klaviyo.
- Programming: Strong Python and SQL skills; working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in identity resolution, multi-brand data architecture, consent management, and end-to-end warehouse/stream-to-MAP integrations.
- Strong client-facing communication, architecture documentation, and technical decision-making skills.
