Job Summary

Ritwik Finance Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and interpret business data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, monitoring business performance, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various business sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Monitor business performance, targets, disbursements, collections, and branch-wise productivity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Analyze business trends, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable insights.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for branches, sales teams, and business operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Credit, Collections, and Operations teams to collect and validate data.




- Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, MIS, or Business Reporting; NBFC or banking experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and dashboard creation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Valuable communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry Experience Experience in an NBFC, banking, financial services, or lending organization, particularly in Loan Against Property (LAP), sales MIS, collections MIS, or branch performance analytics, will be preferred.
