Your work profile The Oracle Fusion P2P Consultant will play a key role in delivering and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions across the Procure-to-Pay landscape. The role will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, functional consultants, business analysts and technology teams to design, configure, test and deploy Oracle Fusion P2P solutions that support the procurement and finance transformation agenda.

The consultant will be responsible for business analysis, functional design, hands-on configuration, testing support, process optimisation and stakeholder engagement across Procurement, Advanced Procurement, Complex and Services Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Contract Lifecycle Management, Sourcing, Supplier Management and Supplier Risk.

This role requires a strong blend of business process expertise, Oracle Fusion functional configuration knowledge and delivery experience within a complex enterprise environment.

Key skills required

- 8-10 years of relevant business analysis and Oracle Fusion implementation experience, preferably within a financial services firm.
- Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.




- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement and Financials modules.
- Deep functional knowledge across Procurement, Advanced Procurement, Complex and Services Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Contract Lifecycle Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management and Supplier Risk Management.
- Knowledge of Concur Expenses and its interaction with finance processes is desirable.
- Robust hands-on Oracle Fusion configuration experience across the P2P lifecycle.
- Experience engaging with business teams, functional consultants and business analysts, and documenting BR100 and MD050 configuration and functional design documents.
- Experience delivering P2P interfaces and RICE objects between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and legacy applications.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, data flow diagrams, case tool analysis, and work and process flow diagrams.
- Experience supporting data analysis, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover and deployment activities.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery terminology and methods.
- Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business, technology and vendor teams.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
