Jain Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer specializing in Mivan (Aluminum Formwork) technology to lead the structural execution of our upcoming high-rise towers.In this role, you will be the core technical and operational anchor on-site. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of the high-rise superstructure, ensuring that Mivan formwork cycles are executed with flawless precision, optimal speed, and strict adherence to structural safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience in managing monolithic concrete structures, cycle-time optimization, and leading large site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mivan Formwork Management: Supervise the assembly, alignment, striking, and maintenance of Mivan aluminum panels. Ensure zero damage to panels and optimize the daily/weekly slab casting cycle time.
- High-Rise Structural Execution: Oversee all monolithic concrete pouring, reinforcement layout, and shuttering activities for high-rise towers, ensuring strict compliance with approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Quality & Tolerance Control:



Maintain rigorous quality checks on concrete finish, honeycombing prevention, plumb alignment, and structural tolerances inherent to Mivan construction.
- Resource & Schedule Planning: Coordinate closely with project planners, bar-bending schedule (BBS) engineers, and material vendors to ensure seamless inventory availability (concrete, steel, Mivan components) and prevent site downtime.
- Safety & Labor Management: Enforce strict in office safety protocols for working at heights and manage subcontractor labor effectively to meet weekly casting targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- Core Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated experience handling Mivan / Aluminum Formwork systems on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading complex structural drawings, concrete mix design checks, plumbing alignments, and slab cycle management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage site engineers, supervisors, and large labor teams under tight project timelines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
