Role Overview

Own the day-to-day health of our products in production and for our partners. You will triage and validate production issues, drive them to closure within TAT, onboard and activate partners on existing products, and fine-tune those products so partners have a smooth, reliable experience. You will also be the voice of the partnership team inside the PDT (Product, Design & Technology) ecosystem, translating partner pain points into clear, actionable inputs for Product, Engineering, QA and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Production Issue Management

- Perform first-level technical triage: understand the issue, assess severity and business impact, route to the right team.
- Validate reported behaviour against expected behaviour, business rules and process flows.
- Reproduce issues and run positive, negative and end-to-end scenarios to isolate root cause.
- Create, update and close JIRA tickets with clear descriptions, evidence, ownership, priority and resolution details.

Partnership Operations

- Onboard new partners onto existing products — configuration, setup, readiness checks and go-live support.
- Fine-tune and configure already-built products to fit partner-specific workflows, without custom builds where avoidable.
- Own partner experience on an ongoing basis: monitor recurring issues, resolve them, and keep partners informed.
- Act as the bridge between the partnership team and Product/Tech, articulate partner challenges, business impact and urgency in terms Product and Engineering can act on.




- Manage partnership team stakeholders: set expectations on timelines, dependencies and what is and isn't feasible.

Communication & Improvement

- Share issue updates, ticket status, risks, trends and escalations with stakeholders and management.
- Maintain clear, timely communication across email, ticketing systems and review forums.

Technical & Functional Skills

- Production issue management, incident triage and structured problem solving.
- Ability to distinguish expected vs. unexpected product behaviour and validate against business rules.
- Working knowledge of testing concepts, test cases, scenarios, regression testing, UAT.
- Detail oriented and broad thinker to cover all testing workflows
- Understanding of dialer processes and related operational workflows.
- Comfort with application workflows, integrations and functional dependencies.

- Explain technical and product issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Coordinate across Product, Technology, QA, Operations, business and partnership teams.
- Strong follow-up and escalation instincts, especially on critical or aging issues.

Education & Experience

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Partnership/Partner Operations, Technical or Production Support, Application Support, QA/UAT, or Business/Process Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / B.E., BCA, MCA or another relevant technical discipline.
- Experience with production issues and cross-functional teams strongly preferred.
- Comfortable in a quick-paced environment where TAT/SLA, prioritisation and stakeholder communication are critical.
