Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Senior Associate – Housekeeping to join our Housekeeping team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms and public areas while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of housekeeping procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with the housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas as per hotel standards.
- Ensure proper bed-making, linen changes, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishment of guest amenities.
- Follow room cleaning procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and room presentation.
- Check room status and report completed rooms to the supervisor.
- Replenish housekeeping supplies, toiletries, linen, and other amenities as required.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and unusual observations promptly.
- Handle guest requests courteously and ensure timely service.
- Follow lost-and-found procedures and maintain proper records of recovered items.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness in housekeeping pantries, stores, and service areas.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for room readiness and maintenance requirements.




- Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in daily operations and support junior associates when required.
- Follow hotel policies relating to safety, hygiene, grooming, and guest confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; hospitality training preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role.
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of guest room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, bed-making, and linen handling.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
- Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and guest-oriented.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
