About the Role

We are looking for a creative, skilled and experienced Senior Animator & Video Editor to join our team in Patna.

We are launching a new YouTube channel and need a talented individual who can independently create high-quality animated videos, engaging visual content and professional video edits.

The ideal candidate should have strong animation skills, creative storytelling abilities and experience producing content for YouTube and other social media platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing digital content team and contribute to building a YouTube channel from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics and animated videos for YouTube.
- Edit professional YouTube videos, including long-form content, YouTube Shorts and social media reels.
- Develop animated characters, backgrounds, transitions and visual effects.
- Convert scripts and ideas into engaging animated stories and videos.
- Create explainer videos, storytelling animations and educational or entertainment content.
- Add voiceovers, background music, sound effects, subtitles and transitions.
- Design attractive YouTube thumbnails and other visual assets.
- Work on storyboarding, scene planning and animation sequences.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing, engaging and optimized for YouTube audiences.
- Maintain consistent animation quality,



branding and visual style.
- Manage multiple video projects and deliver content within deadlines.
- Research animation trends, creative techniques and popular YouTube content formats.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop fresh video concepts and ideas.

Required Skills Candidates should have experience with some or all of the following software:

- Adobe After Effects – Motion graphics and animation
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Professional video editing
- Adobe Animate – 2D animation
- Blender – 3D animation (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop – Graphics and thumbnails
- Adobe Illustrator – Character and vector design
- CapCut / DaVinci Resolve – Video editing
- AI-powered animation and video creation tools (an advantage)

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in animation, video editing or digital content creation preferred.
- Strong understanding of 2D animation, motion graphics and video editing.
- Ability to independently create complete animated videos from concept to final output.
- Good sense of storytelling, timing, visual composition and creativity.
- Knowledge of YouTube video formats, audience engagement and content trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new creative ideas.




- Previous experience creating animated YouTube videos will be preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work from our office in Patna.
