Job Summary

Tiny Girl Clothing Company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel, and preferably experience working in the garment manufacturing, apparel, retail, or textile industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, purchase entries, sales entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in finalization of accounts, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets.
- Monitor expenses, outstanding payments, and cash flow.

1. GST & Statutory Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform GST reconciliation with GSTR-2B and purchase records.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for tax filings, assessments, and statutory audits.

1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
- Perform vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely settlement.
- Follow up on overdue receivables and resolve accounting discrepancies.

1. Banking & Reconciliation

- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Monitor daily bank transactions, payments, and receipts.




- Handle petty cash and cash-book reconciliation.
- Coordinate with banks regarding financial transactions.

1. Inventory & Marketplace Accounting

- Reconcile inventory and stock-related accounting transactions.
- Manage purchase, sales, returns, and credit-note accounting.
- Reconcile sales and settlement reports from e-commerce marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, FirstCry, Nykaa, and other platforms.
- Verify marketplace commissions, deductions, returns, and payment settlements.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies.

1. Audit & Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Assist with internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; M.Com preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good understanding of accounts finalization, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with garment manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce accounting preferred.
- Ability to handle accounting responsibilities independently.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the garment manufacturing, textile, fashion, or retail industry.
- Hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance.
- Experience in e-commerce marketplace reconciliation.
- Capable of managing multiple accounting activities and meeting statutory deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
