Job Summary

Infinity Freight Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and the ability to handle accounting activities independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage purchase and sales invoices, ensuring accurate recording and documentation.
- Record and verify receipt and payment entries in the accounting system.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, and return-related activities.
- Manage vendor payments, maintain vendor ledgers, and ensure timely settlements.
- Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including outstanding payments and collections.
- Maintain petty cash records and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
- Verify invoices, expense claims, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding billing, payments, and account discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare accounting reports, outstanding statements,



and other financial summaries as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper financial records and support internal and external audits.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting reports.
- Ability to manage accounting operations independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping company.
- Experience working with a CA firm or under CA supervision.
- Knowledge of vendor reconciliations, client billing, and financial documentation in logistics operations.
