: Security Supervisor

Location: Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh

Department: Security / Administration

Reports to: Security Manager / Site In-charge / Admin Head

Employment Type: Full time

Role Overview: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations at our Narsinghpur site. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of people, property, and assets by supervising the security team, implementing security protocols, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of security guards and personnel deployed at the factory site.
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate shifts, and ensure adequate manpower coverage at all times (including night shifts and holidays).
- Monitor entry and exit points, control visitor movement, and ensure proper verification of identity and gate passes.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and ensure all security posts are manned effectively.
- Maintain and update security registers, incident reports, and daily logs.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches and escalate issues to the concerned authorities as required.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and other external agencies when needed.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, fire extinguishers, and alarm systems.
- Train and guide security staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), emergency response, and qualified conduct.
- Conduct surprise checks and audits to ensure discipline and adherence to security protocols.




- Investigate minor incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and applicable local laws.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Ex-servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force/Police) will be given preference.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Age: Preferably between 28–45 years.
- Valid security license / PSARA certification (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and alertness.
- Ability to remain calm and take quick decisions during emergencies.
- Basic computer knowledge (for maintaining reports and CCTV monitoring).
- Physically fit and capable of handling field duties.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in industrial or institutional security setup.
- Knowledge of CCTV surveillance and access control systems.
- Local candidate from Narsinghpur or nearby areas preferred.
