Job Role: Security Field Executive

Salary: 20000 - 25000 (Monthly CTC)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Security Field Officer to supervise security personnel, conduct site inspections, and ensure smooth security operations across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise security guards and monitor their attendance and deployment.
- Conduct regular site visits and security inspections.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and company policies.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with site managers, clients, and security teams.
- Prepare daily attendance and site inspection reports.

Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in security operations or field supervision.
- Good communication, observation, and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred.
- Physically fit and able to assist with moving trolleys/baskets.
- Friendly, polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.

Shift & Work Requirements

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts,



including weekends/holidays as per business requirements.
- Work location is in person at the retail store.

Experience: 2–5 Years
