- Practical AI skills: Confidently use AI tools for research, analysis, content optimisation, and productivity—with human review and quality checks.
- Social media essentials: Handle LinkedIn and Meta posting, scheduling, and basic content coordination,



with awareness of current trends.
- Clear client communication: Present results, explain recommendations, and coordinate deliverables confidently.
- Ownership and discipline: Meet deadlines, solve problems proactively, and stay committed to learning.
