Responsibilities

- 8+ years of experience in test automation with C# as the language of choice.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and advanced programming concepts.
- Extensive experience in API test automation built on .NET tech stack.
- Strong experience with xUnit test scripting framework
- Proven experience designing and developing test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Solid understanding of APIs, integration testing, and automation best practices.
- Solid SQL and database testing experience, including data validation and complex queries.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing Azure DevOps pipelines for automated test execution.
- Experience with test execution management, reporting, and quality tracking in Azure DevOps/JIRA.
- Experience creating and maintaining API performance test scripts using JMeter.




- Strong communication skills for interacting with product teams and business analysts to overcome design/testing

Qualifications

- Develop automated test scenarios for new API endpoints and services.
- Enhance and maintain existing automation frameworks and build new capabilities where required.
- Define and implement test automation strategies to improve quality and coverage.
- Design, execute, and monitor API automation suites as part of CI/CD pipelines.
- Create and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for automated testing.
- Perform database validation and backend testing using EF based test automation scenarios within API solutions.
- Develop and execute API performance tests using JMeter.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor team members and promote automation best practices
