Hiring: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Experience: 3–6 Years

We are looking for a skilled SDET with robust API and backend testing expertise, hands-on automation experience, and excellent debugging and root cause analysis skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable testing asynchronous systems, working with Kafka and Redis, analyzing logs, and independently driving testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute API and backend testing strategies for complex systems.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Debug complex issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
- Test asynchronous workflows and event-driven systems using Kafka, Redis, and application logs.
- Identify, document, track, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.




- Work independently to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage and testing processes.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in API and backend testing.
- Excellent debugging and root cause analysis (RCA) skills.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Redis, logs, and asynchronous systems.
- Practical experience in test automation.
- Strong communication and bug-reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing activities.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to LLM/AI testing.
- Experience with production monitoring and debugging.
- Knowledge of distributed systems testing.
