Claidroid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Scrum Master – Automation Projects for an enterprise technology and intelligent automation engagement with a leading global client.

We are looking for an Agile qualified with strong expertise in Scrum facilitation, automation project delivery, Agile frameworks, project coordination and stakeholder management.

The role combines traditional Scrum Master responsibilities with project coordination and delivery oversight, ensuring that cross-functional teams deliver high-quality automation solutions within agreed timelines.

Experience working on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects, preferably involving UiPath or similar automation platforms, will be a significant advantage.

This is not exclusively a Scrum ceremony facilitation role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable supporting Project Managers and Delivery Managers in coordinating project activities, managing dependencies and ensuring predictable delivery outcomes.

Role Overview

As a Scrum Master – Automation Projects, you will act as an Agile facilitator, servant leader and project coordinator for teams delivering enterprise automation initiatives.

You will enable effective Agile execution, support project planning and tracking, facilitate stakeholder collaboration and proactively address risks and dependencies affecting delivery.

Working closely with Product Owners, Automation Engineers, Project Managers and Delivery Managers, you will ensure that technical activities remain aligned with business objectives and established delivery standards.

The role requires a combination of Agile leadership, automation domain understanding, delivery coordination and strong organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Team Enablement

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
- Act as a servant leader, enabling development teams to achieve sprint goals.
- Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint execution and productivity.
- Promote transparency, accountability, self-organization and effective collaboration.
- Apply Agile frameworks and practices appropriate to the project environment.

Automation Delivery & Project Coordination

- Coordinate Agile delivery activities for enterprise automation and RPA projects.




- Assist Project Managers and Delivery Managers with project planning, tracking, resource coordination and milestone management.
- Monitor sprint progress, delivery commitments, dependencies and project risks.
- Work with automation teams to ensure technical deliverables align with business requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate development, testing and deployment activities to minimize delays.
- Support established code review and peer review processes before production releases.
- Proactively identify delivery challenges and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
- Contribute to improvements in delivery predictability and operational efficiency.

Project Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Track Agile delivery metrics, team performance and project milestones.
- Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, issue trackers and action plans.
- Use Jira, Confluence and related project management tools for tracking and reporting.
- Communicate project progress, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination between Product Owners, Developers, Project Managers and business teams.
- Support conflict resolution and maintain alignment across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Escalate critical issues and delivery risks in a timely manner.

Process Improvement & Agile Maturity

- Identify opportunities to improve Agile delivery practices and team productivity.
- Use retrospective findings and performance metrics to implement continuous improvements.
- Streamline coordination between automation development and testing teams.
- Promote knowledge sharing, Agile maturity and adoption of delivery best practices.
- Encourage a culture of ownership, collaboration and customer-focused delivery.

Must-Have Skills

Scrum Master & Agile Expertise

- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- At least 2 years of experience working on automation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching development teams.
- Experience managing Agile delivery, sprint planning, impediments and team performance.
- Understanding of Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices.

Automation & Technical Understanding

- Experience supporting enterprise automation or RPA initiatives.
- Understanding of automation development, testing and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with RPA technologies and AI-driven automation concepts.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and its integration with Agile practices.
- Awareness of technical quality controls, including code reviews and release processes.

Project Coordination & Delivery Management

- Proven experience in project planning, tracking, reporting and coordination.
- Ability to support Project Managers and Delivery Managers in managing deliverables and timelines.
- Experience identifying and managing project risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Strong organizational,



prioritization and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate activities across technical and business teams.

Agile Tools & Reporting

- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence or equivalent Agile management tools.
- Experience maintaining sprint boards, backlogs, project trackers and delivery dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prepare clear project reports, presentations and stakeholder updates.
