We are hiring for one of our retail segments Simpli Namdhari’s.

Role & responsibilities

- Resolve day-to-day operational issues related to procurement, inventory, and invoice verification within the SAP MM and SD modules.
- Troubleshoot and correct errors in:

- Purchase orders (POs)

- Goods receipt (GR)

- Vendor master data
- Sales orders and delivery processing (for SD)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Provide first-level support to users and escalate to technical teams when necessary.
- Maintain and regularly update SAP master data including:
- Material Master: creation, modification, and validation of materials.
- Vendor Master:



ensuring accurate and up-to-date vendor information.
- Price Masters: managing procurement and sales pricing information.
- GST Masters: maintaining correct tax structure and GST compliance.
- Promotions and Discounts Masters: setup and validation as per business requirements.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance of master data with internal policies and audit standards.
- Monitor key SAP MM & SD transactions to ensure adherence to defined business processes.
- Assist business teams in following proper workflows and documentation in SAP.
- Support audits and data reconciliation tasks.
- Participate in testing and implementation of recent SAP features or updates.
- Support rollout of SAP enhancements or process improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation for system changes, support tickets, and user training.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with SAP support Executive
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and/or SD modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement and sales processes.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
