Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security GRC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x, and SAP S/4HANA security architecture. The candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP security implementation projects, including security assessments, role design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and control implementation.

This is a client-facing implementation role, involving design workshops, security architecture discussions, and end-to-end implementation activities. Candidates with only production support or predominantly support-based experience will not be suitable.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- 5–10 years of SAP Security experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x.
- Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC security.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP security implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, security role design, and access controls.




- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk analysis, and remediation.
- Experience designing, implementing, and testing security controls.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and security best practices.
- Experience conducting design workshops and engaging directly with clients.

Implementation Experience Expectations

- Candidates with 5–10 years of experience should have strong SAP Security implementation exposure, preferably with 1–2 complete implementation cycles.
- Candidates with 10+ years of experience, where considered, should ideally have 2–3 implementation cycles.
- End-to-end implementation experience is essential; support-only profiles are not suitable.
