Seeking an experienced SAP Azure Migration Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP Cloud Migration Program involving SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BASIS, SAP BW, SAP Solution Manager etc. The individual will be responsible for end-to-end delivery governance, planning, migration execution, cutover management, stakeholder engagement, customer communication, risk management, and successful business transition.

The role requires a strong blend of SAP technical understanding, program management expertise, cloud migration experience, and the ability to manage critical business transformation programs with executive visibility. This position will lead migration waves, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer-facing discussions, and ensure successful execution of SAP migration milestones, testing cycles, cutovers, and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP migration program across development, quality, pre-production, mock migration, production migration, and hypercare phases.
- Create and migration planning at activity level (day wise) as well as POAP, execution tracking, governance reviews, milestone management, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Manage SAP workload migration to Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure readiness, application migration, environment provisioning, testing coordination, and production deployment.
- Drive migration wave planning, cutover preparation, execution governance, rollback planning, and business readiness activities. Ownership of detailed cutover plans and migration runbooks is essential.
- Coordinate with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, Security, Network, Azure,



Application, Data Migration, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead customer governance calls, steering committee reviews, status reporting, escalation management, and executive communications.
- Manage project schedules, resource planning, financial tracking, delivery risks, assumptions, dependencies, and contractual commitments.
- Ensure readiness of project documentation, migration assessments, runbooks, weekly status reports, RAID logs, migration plans, and operational handover artifacts.
- Collaborate with migration tool vendors and third-party partners to support migration execution and optimization activities.
- Support delivery teams during workshops, migration rehearsals, testing cycles, cutovers, and hypercare activities.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across customer teams, SAP practice leadership, delivery teams, and project governance forums.

Required Experience

- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years managing SAP migration, cloud transformation, or SAP infrastructure modernization programs.
- Proven experience managing SAP Azure Migration, SAP Cloud Migration, SAP S/4HANA Transformation, and SAP landscape modernization initiatives.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale migration programs involving multiple SAP environments and migration waves.
- Solid experience in migration planning, workshop management, migration assessments, cutover governance, testing coordination, and go-live management.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams across onsite and offshore delivery models.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, customer engagement, and executive communication.
